What exactly is Venture and how long does it run?
Venture is a 4-month business strategy program that combines visual coaching techniques with practical implementation. It’s designed to help you transform your business ideas into a clear, actionable strategy using innovative visual methods and collaborative tools.
How is the program structured?
The program consists of three key components: one-on-one visual coaching sessions with Robin, interactive group sessions with fellow participants, and self-paced work through our online platform. All elements work together to create a comprehensive learning and development experience.
What are Miro boards and how will we use them?
Miro is our digital collaboration platform where you’ll visualize and develop your business strategy. Think of it as your virtual strategy canvas where you’ll complete assignments, map out your ideas, and gradually build your complete business roadmap. We’ll use Miro boards for both individual work and group collaboration.
What kind of support will I receive during the program?
You’ll receive multiple layers of support: personalized guidance through one-on-one coaching sessions with Robin, peer support from your fellow participants during group sessions, and access to comprehensive online materials and resources. You’re never alone in this journey.
How much time should I expect to invest each week?
